Boat has been built in 1931, at Eric Ericsson shipyard - Sweden. She is the second imported boat after the boat “Yıldız”, in Turkish Republic history.

She is a sailor boat which had degrees in sailingcompetitions. Vega’s whole hull is built by oak tree.(Thisis the main reason how the boat survived since those years). The boat started her life as a lottery boat and
a member of Svenska Kryssarklubbens Utlottningsbatwhich is the biggest yacht club in Sweden.

First, Americans brought her to Turkey by train. And sheabondoned to her fate in Bodrum Aganlar Shipyard. Wehave restored Vega again to put her back to the blue seaswhich has a maritime history. The result is depending on your valuable appreciation.
