Discover the Affiniti Advantage!
Access to the main walk-around deck is via port and starboard boarding gates located on the aft deck. Upon entering the salon through a stainless steel framed semi-circular glass sliding door, one can immediately appreciate the contemporary, elegant, and sophisticated design concept elected by her owner.
The main walk-around deck, aft deck area, and the fly bridge feature teak finished soles. The covered aft deck offers comfortable seating on an upholstered molded-in curved aft settee and two (2) hydraulic/electric operated "Hi/Lo" glass top tables with polished stainless-steel pedestals. Direct fly bridge access is through a molded teak covered staircase on portside.
Other unique aft deck features include high gloss teak wood finish overhead, concealed engine & thruster controls to starboard, and a molded cabinet for storage with a S/S U-Line refrigerator.
Access to the teak covered swim platform is via symmetrical molded steps port and starboard. There are several built-in storage compartments, including a hot & cold shower, a hydraulic/electric operated transom engine room access door, and a "Garage" for a large tender (up to 15' long). The swim platform also features safety and removable stainless-steel railings around the outside perimeter and multiple grab rails. The horizontal grab rail on the transom features indirect rope lighting to complement the underwater lights. There is also cushioned seating in this area.
Access to the foredeck area is via the full walk-around teak side decks. Special features include Elliptical oversized stainless-steel hand rails, hydraulic/electric operated port & starboard pilothouse entrance doors, an oversized round hatch skylight to the VIP stateroom, and a large molded-in upholstered bench seat with sun pad area. The anchor windlass and chain lockers are concealed under a large teak covered hatch with hydraulic assist opening.
Entering the Salon from the aft deck, the high gloss cherry wood paneling, and round matching overhead ceiling detail are very striking! The glass aft bulkhead and large windows port and starboard provide great exterior views, even from a seated position. An “L-Shaped” sofa is to starboard with a custom-built glass top cocktail table. To starboard aft is a "walk up" wet bar with an overhead cabinet for glassware, a "vessel" sink, and storage cabinet for liquor below. Across to port is a floor to ceiling angled cabinet housing a large Flat screen TV and book shelves. This cabinet is on a piano hinge that allows access to the Utility Room below with washer and dryer. This lower deck utility area can easily accommodate a "Pullman" berth for a crew member, if so desired. Another advantage to opening the TV and bookshelf cabinet is that it allows viewing the TV from the aft deck, since the whole cabinet faces aft when fully opened. To port is also a leather swivel barrel chair and steps up to the galley and pilothouse area.
Two steps up from the Salon is a day head to port, and the Island galley with full sized appliances to starboard. Beautiful maple and cherry custom flooring is quite exquisite. A raised upholstered dining settee is to port next to the centerline helm/console area.
The Island galley features marble countertops, double sinks, pass through opening to the Salon, and abundant storage including hydraulic/electric operated cabinet above the cooktop area. Every possible space was utilized to maximize storage. The galley is completely open to the pilothouse and offers great visibility 270 degrees around.
The pilothouse with centerline console features a Stidd chair and a full complement of navigation, communication, and safety equipment. The "low profile" console is mounted on a piano hinge for easy access to the wiring for electronic equipment. Hydraulic/electric operated sliding fore and aft pilothouse doors makes for easy access to the port and starboard side decks.
An open staircase to the flybridge, center aft of the pilothouse/galley area offers convenient access. To starboard is a spacious curved stairway down to the lower foyer.
Moving from the lower foyer landing forward is the VIP stateroom featuring a centerline walk-around Queen berth with storage drawers below. At center of the overhead is a large circular "escape" hatch which doubles as a skylight, and two cedar-lined hanging lockers are port and starboard.
Private access to the VIP guest head with stall shower and built-in bench seat is to starboard. This head has a second entrance from the lower foyer to accommodate guests from the port side twin berth stateroom.
Down a few steps aft is the access to the master stateroom via a “semi-circular” oversized "pocket door". The full-beam master suite is very open and spacious with plenty of day light, thanks to the large vertical portholes. There are three cedar-lined hanging lockers, one being a large walk-in closet. The centerline King size berth has built-in night stands with stone countertops, indirect rope lighting, and custom wall mounted sconce lights. A 9-drawer dresser is to starboard, and across to port is a built-in make-up vanity with a swing out stool and 3-drawers on each side. Access to the master head is port aft with a large marble top vanity, under mount sink, marble flooring, and an oversized stall shower with glass door, built-in bench seat, and teak flooring.
The fly bridge is extremely spacious, thanks to the transom Tender Garage which eliminates the deck space needed for a davit and tender up above. The fly bridge features a full teak covered sole, a semi-circular settee with an oval shaped high gloss teak table, a complete helm/console station, and two Stidd chairs. There is a hydraulic/electric operated semi-circular framed glass hatch to the pilothouse and galley, a stainless steel framed Plexiglas Ventura windscreen forward, a large marble countertop bar with two swivel bar stools, and a cabinet for the icemaker, refrigerator and Propane BBQ stainless steel grill. The aft end offers comfortable upholstered seating on a molded-in oversized bench seat with storage underneath. One of the most unique features are the Hardtop which moves electrically fore and aft to cover the helm area, or the bar/aft deck area at the push of a button.
The full-beam walk-in engine room is accessed via a watertight door from the utility room going forward. Main engines, generator, hydraulics and all other systems are easily accessible for service.
Entering from the aft deck deck through the large steel steel sliding door the main salon is open and airy and beautifully decorated. Bright cherry wood cabinetry and bulkheads are accented with a large "L" shaped settee, glass top coffee table and cobalt blue barrel style chair and creme colored carpeting and draperies.
Situated down a seven step staircase on the starboard side of the lower helm station/galley area the Master is midship aft entrance to a full beam space. A large pocket door offers complete privacy to the owner(s). Generous amount of drawer storage, walk in closet and hanging lockers all finished in the high gloss mid-tone cherry wood finish. Large windows are on both the port and starboard sides.
This VIP stateroom is forward with plenty of drawer storage, large hanging lockers and a queen island berth on the center-line
Situated at the foot of the stairs leading down from the galley/lower helm and all the way to the port side.
Forward of the main salon you enter into the very large galley and dinette area. The lower helm station also shares this space at the center-line forward. A great informal meeting area the galley offers absolutely all the amenities customary of a yacht this size or larger. The stunning cobalt blue Stidd Helm Chair and matching companion settee offer comfort and protection from the elements when desired.
