The Hunter 310 is a member of Hunter’s newest generation, which is "designed to deliver more (innovation and function) for less (money)". As such, this 310 was delivered with a heavy duty full-battened main, roller furling jib, hot and cold pressure water, full galley, all safety equipment, and Yanmar diesel--as well as the deep (vs. shoal) keel.
The cockpit arches are standard, as was the almost circular cockpit, fractional rig, and fixed and opening windows and ports proliferating the hull and deck. In addition, the boat is comfortable both above and below deck. The circular cockpit (with a molded table/steering pedestal at its center) works so well creating space, affording security, and promoting comfort that we wondered why we hadn’t seen it before. And the belowdeck area affords comfort and privacy surprising on a boat this size.
This particular example shows very nicely with new North Sails main and jib sails installed in 2012 (along with a Dutchman system and new running rigging) as well as a new Iverson dodger (these things are the BEST!), new canvas, new cockpit cushions, new stereo, engine was serviced in July and boat just detailed in October 2017.
Note she's lying in a potentially transferable Sausalito Yacht Harbor slip on B dock (there's a long wait to get into this marina so this is a material benefit if you're able to take advantage).
