Megawatt is a performance design from Beneteau France. She has been Great Lakes sailed & always maintained by experienced sailors. The design features large working cockpit with tiller steering, lines led aft, full racing rig with spinnaker gear, rigid vang, car pullers & self tailing winches. Sail inventory is dated but in good serviceable condition. The genoa tracks were all recently re-bedded using the epoxy potting method. The interior features double aft cabins, large chart/nav centre, L shaped galley with propane oven & ice box, settees & pilot berths in the main cabin & a marine head, sink & berth up forward. Some vinyl headliner work is required, but Megawatt is ready to get back onto the racecourse. The owners are retiring from sailing.
