Epoxy barrier coated hull. Topside epoxy primed and painted w/ 2 part poly. New (solid) cockpit floor. Kixigrip deck. Colligo Dynex Dux rigging and fittings. Windlass and Rocna anchor on custom stainless roller. New Lewmar portlights. New acrylic in hatches. New acrylic companionway drop boards. Solar vents. Barient 28 (not self-tailing) primary. Self tailing Barient halyard winches. Replaced/ re-bed all deck hardware during refurb, including Lewmar genoa tracks, stainless cleats and stanchion bases, Spinlock deck organizers, Garhauer rope clutches, fuel and water fills.
Electrical- Completely rewired with new AC/DC panels. New LED navigation lights. Sterling alternator to battery.
Engine. Original fresh water cooled Atomic 4 with new hoses and electric. Indigo electronic ignition, Facet electric fuel pump. Rebuilt cooling system pumps (fresh and coolant). New Gauges. Starts immediately.
Plumbling- New PEX freshwater plumbing. Whale pumps-- Bilge and pressure.
Canvas- New Interior salon cushions, coordinating cockpit cushions. New Cockpit Sunshade.
Galley- Large original ice box. Fresh water. Origo alcohol burner.
Electronics- Depth and VHF only. New VHF antenna and wiring. No nav electronics (used Ipad w INavX and SeaIQ). New am/fm/cd stereo and speakers.
Sails- Main is in very good shape. 135 genoa with roller furling- usable.
Lewmar Wheel- New cables and idler pulley.
"C&C smile" repaired by previous owners.
Needs: Holding Tank. Head included but not yet installed. Velcro Headliner (Have Templates). Cabin Lighting.
