The Shipman 28 is an attractive cruiser-racer from the 1970s, with excellent sailing performance and reasonable accommodation for her size. The design is unusual in production boats in having a trim tab on the aft end of the keel to allow the helm balance to be adjusted.
Fore bitters comes with an array of sails, navigational equipment and additional equipment. Engine has recent service history and he's had gearbox overhaul. She's been well looked after and maintained.

The Shipman 28 comes with 4-6 berths a fore cabin has a V berth, in the saloon the dinette will convert into a double berth and a quarter berth aft of the dinette.
The heads are to starboard with manually operated sea/holding tank.
The Saloon had seating to port and dinette to starboard. The Galley which is on port side with a stainless steel sink, manual fresh water pump, two burner cooker/grill and ample storage.
